Release 29 - October 2023

Minor error corrections.

• ECO staff will now be presented with a "ECO" option when registering for a meeting, by using this you will no longer register as observer.

• When a "invited by chair" or "other org" registers for a meeting, it was previous only the Chair that got message about approval.
  This message is now send in accordance with the notification setup on the meeting instead.
  Please note "ECO Contact" will always be selected and can not be changed, this is because in some circumstances the meeting organiser
  do not have rights to see the extended participant list in a meeting, and hereby not have the option to approve an application -
  ECO contact will need to step in here.

• Participant statistics are now visible for Chair/Organiser also

  • On the top right side of the page , we now have 4 links, to your personal profile, the WIKI, X and LinkedIn

Release 30 - February 2024

The following has been corrected in release 30.

• CEPT-2472 - Clicking link in menu do not open in new window as selected.

• CEPT-2489 - Change number of years in level 1 of meeting documents - this now shows 3 years advance and 1 year past

• CEPT-2495 - Chairman/Secretary planning meetings - no MHUB - MHub must be planned by ECO staff

• CEPT-2496 - A member with rights cannot view the download history on the File History page

• CEPT-2510 - Register participant for virtual or physical workshop meeting

• CEPT-2520 - The register for meeting button is present for users without rights

• CEPT-2521 - Notifications are not sent to the Vice Chairman

• CEPT-2523 - Visible only in group calendar, registration only for members of group meeting can be visible by a direct link

• CEPT-2524 - Incorrect name of original file after uploading - the filename was set to a unique identifier - now shows correct filename

• CEPT-2525 - Representing field in participants list - Full ETSI member: - visual display of Etsi/ETSI

• CEPT-2526 - Representing field in participants list - mis-alignment (should be top aligned as organisation)

• CEPT-2527 - Webmeeting URL disappears when editing meeting

• CEPT-2529 - Possible to double register if registered as Invited by chair or other org (pending approval)

• CEPT-2536 - Upload of images in group - filemanager - mind the filename - does not allow special chars.
