# 2.20 Pocket calculator

SEAMCAT contains a builtin pocket calculator. Select the command &lt; Tool/Pocket Calculator&gt; from the Workspace menu, click on the pocket calculator icon of the toolbar ( [![image.png](https://wiki.cept.org/uploads/images/gallery/2026-04/scaled-1680-/FYcVELTH2y2e80VG-image.png)](https://wiki.cept.org/uploads/images/gallery/2026-04/FYcVELTH2y2e80VG-image.png) ) or <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text"><span class="_kqswh2mm"><span class="_5pioz8co _189e1dm9 _1il9buyh _19lc184f _d0altlke" data-testid="definition-highlighter">CTRL</span></span></span>+SHIFT+C to activate the Pocket calculator window:

The calculator can also be accessed from the graphical user interface when a scalar is to be entered as shown in the example of Figure 59 with the wall loss attenuation of the Extended Hata propagation model.
